Court Operations Tracker – March 2020 to March 2021

This page records events reported by the government, community members, and news outlets between March 1, 2020 and March 31, 2021. It does not track more recent announcements and is not updated in real time. For the latest announcements and to verify information on this site, IRAP recommends that you check EOIR’s Operational Status page (archival copies are available here and here through Wayback Machine), EOIR’s Facebook page, and EOIR’s Twitter account @DOJ_EOIR. IRAP also recommends that you contact the AILA EOIR Chapter Liaison for your area.

Note that records recently produced to IRAP through the Freedom of Information Act suggest that myriad closures were never announced on the government’s email and social media channels. Such closures are generally not included within this tool unless students learned about them through news or community reports.
